The F4/80 may not work with paraffin, SeroTek,
I know the Bcl2 (PharminGen)works on frozens.
probably on paraffin.
Access TNF alpha, clone MP6-XT22 from PharminGen.
I usually go with their recommendations on how to handle the sections,
frozens or paraffin, since they test their antibodies (? on TNF)
As for the other antibodies, ???
