To embed various fish parts for TEM I use Spurr's embedding medium (firm
mixture). I have been thinking about switching to the rapid cure mixture. Can
anyone tell me if they have noticed any differences between firm and rapid cure
mixtures in block and tissue quality, sectioning ease, etc?

Thanks very much,
