Hello everybody,
I am starting with in-situ histochemistry. I would like to know how
people handle formamide when doing ISH. I am concerned about humid boxes
humidified with formamide and also formamide washes. I don't have a fumehood
in my lab and it is rather incovenient to carry things around to another lab
and having enough RNase- free space in someone else's hood. Also, how do you
dispose of formamide?
Is there anybody in Southern Ontario who does ISH routinely and
would be willing to discuss my progress?
Thank you,

Sarka Lhotak
