Pam,
	I am unclear as to what you mean by levels. Same section on
different place of the slide or different level from block? Also is it
only the Eosin or is the hematoxylin the same? If it is the same section
on a different position of the slide maybe the level of one of your
reagents is low. If it is from a different level in the block maybe it
is inadequate processing. Good Luck!!
