RE: [Histonet] Burnt tissue

From:"Rogerson Kemlo \(ELHT\) Pathology"

Shouldn't you have fixed it before? Maybe that's why it appears 'burnt'.

I think a little more detail could help. Type of tissue, type of primary
fixation, etc, etc.

Best wishes

Subject: [Histonet] Burnt tissue

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix tissue that has a
burned appearance after processing?

Any suggestions you may provide would be greatly appreciated. Happy
Thanksgiving.

  Louri
