I use rat 401 anti Nestin AB for SVR progenitor cells in rat pwax sections, 
after HIER. It's very good. It also works well in mouse pwax. I have also 
used it in perfused fixed- frozen rat and mouse brains. Not in fresh-frozen 
tissue tho. Buy it from DSHB....$25/ml TCS. Excellent value
