The closed systems are only better for your health if the Dip And Dunk system does not have enclosed area over the wells, and a charcoal filtered exhaust.  Medite Processors are Dip and Dunk, and have time advantages because of that, but the  systems are enclosed, and charcoal filtered air exhaust.  There is no health difference.

In an open processor tissues in a basket are transferred from one solution
to the next.  This is sometimes referred to as the  DIP and Dunk type
processor.

In an enclosed system, the tissue is stationary and the fluids are pumped
in and out of the closed chamber holding the tissue. This system is much
better for your health.
