Hi!  We use this same antibody and it works fine. We first  retrieve the slides in citrate buffer pH6.0. and use vecta elite system for staining. I beleive we also use  the fascin antibody from Cell Marque or Dako to stain  R.S. cells.(also using antigen retrieval).
