Two quick questions

From:Sara Kalla

1. In doing peroxidase anti-peroxidase staining on osteoclasts in
culture, I've noticed that the controls stain positively (though not as
much) even after the addition of a H2O2 wash. The larger, non-osteoclast
cells in the same culture (we started out with monocytes) do not stain in
the controls. Has anyone else noticed this? Any thoughts as to what's
going on/getting a cleaner stain?

2. Is there a list/flowchart of how media formulations are related out
there? Specifically, I'm trying to figure out if/how alpha-MEM is related
to IMDM.

Thanks,
Sara Kalla
