Dear Histonetters,

We are trying to do TTF-1 on cell cultures (NCI H146, small cell lung
cancer) and one primary culture from small cell lung cancer on cytospins.
Results have been negative with different fixation procedures (acetone,
formal-saline and air dried).


Does anyone have experience on this cell line or in cytology samples from
small lung caner?
