RE: CD90

From:"Johnson, Teri"

Stacey,

I've used Pharmingen's CD90 (Thy 1.2) on FFPE mouse spleen sections and
couldn't get it to work (the company doesn't recommend it for FFPE tissue
anyway). It works quite nicely on frozen tissue though. I had great
success using it in a double staining technique with B220 (thanks Chris van
der Loos).

On frozen sections, I used it at a 1:25 dilution, with rabbit anti-rat
(mouse adsorbed) secondary 10 ug/ml, swine anti-rabbit-HRP 1:100. I achieve
quite strong staining, and it's possible some of the dilutions could be
taken out a bit more.

Good afternoon, does anyone have experience with the antibody CD90(thy1.1)
and
CD90(thy1.2) on FFPE mouse tissue? Any help you could give me with dilution
and
procedure would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
