Re: Fibrinogen

From:Ballnclaw@aol.com

I've had improved results with Dako polyclonal Fibrinogen #A0080 at 1:2500
for 20 minutes. Then Dako's LSAB2 Link and Label (StrpAvd) for 10 minutes
each before applying the chromogen. Place slides into 1% aqueous Cupric
sulfate for 5 minutes and rinse before the counterstain. Control is placenta.

Dear Histonetters:

I have recently been working with a DAKO polyclonal fibrinogen antibody in
formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. I am not having much success.
Does anyone out there have any experience with this or a similar antibody?
I'd appreciate any advice!

Thanks!
