RE: GFP labeling

	My experience of this is that paraffin embedding gets rid of
your GFP glow......

	We only use frozens here (unless someone speaks to me really
nicely) and are trying to optimise immuno techniques for GFP, with
little or no success......the reason being that we need a choromogenic
signal to compare it with something else, and regrettably a fluorescent
picture doesnt cut it.......

	If anyone can help me with this i would be grateful, but in the
meantime, GFP remains enemy No.1 as far as i am concerned!!!!
