Dear Denise,

"Tissue Tampers" are still available in the U.S. through Allegiance
(800/964-5227), VWR(800/932-5000) and Government Scientific Sources
(800/248-8030.

The smaller one is approximately 12.5mm square and the larger approximately
18.8mm square.  

Each distributor is able to cross-reference the Sakura part numbers.
The Sakura part numbers are #1552 for the smaller size and #1551 for the
larger.

I apologize for rehashing a subject that has been discussed before, but I
seem to have missed the final answer as to where to find the small metal
