We use Clear Rite 3 from Richard Allen for the processing of animal tissue. 
We dispose of it with the rest of our hazardous waste.  It doesn't have the
strong citrus odor of Histoclear xylene substitute which I like.  We only use
it for processing, however, we coverslip directly out of xylene.
