Hello Daniel,
In regards to 'mouse-on-mouse' IHC, there is a very simple solution:
InnoGenex produces an IHC kit, the "Iso Kit", which is designed
specifically for mouse Abs on mouse tissue. The kit utilizes a pre-labeling
system that eliminates any reaction with endogenous Ig - the technology is
compatible with
with any mouse antibody, so you won't have to change your reagents. The
results are very clean. I can send you the protocol.

I am currently using a mouse primary antibodies in mouse tissues, but I
have high background probably due to the inability of the
anti-mouse-secondary antibody to distinguish between the primary antibody
and the endogenous mouse Ig in the tissue.
Does anybody know how to eliminate the backgroung problem without changing
the antibody?

Thank you

Best Regards,

Daniel J
