I received some literature from Biocare Medical on CD-15. They have a
monoclonal cocktail for CD-15 (clones DT07 + BC97). You might give that a
try. Their number is 1-800-799-9499. I haven't tried it yet, but my
understanding is that it works well in formalin-fixed tissue. I'm using the
B-D CD15 on my Dako autostainer at a titer of 1:100 with a 30 minute
incubation. Most of the tissue we have is B5-fixed. Hope this helps
