I totally agree.....
nothing is more frustrating when you are using the identical protocol as someone else and you get the opposite results !

(must be the water down under !)

same problem with EDTA but what's the pH of your solution??....I use either citric acid at pH6 or TRIS at pH10. Get excellent results, tho' citric is not so kind to my tissues, usually. Don't understand it.........got to try all pHs and the posted range of solutions to find your own way ( two different labs can have opposite results with same solution...right, Stan???)
