specimen rejection

      Hello Histonetters,

      I was wandering how everyone in histoland was handling specimen rejections. Do you call wherever the specimen originated and have someone come and label/identify the specimen or do you just automatically return it back to where it came form by the courrier?
      Also, does anyone know where I can find some info. or any websites on QA/QI in the Histology Lab?
