Just a reminder that the Hercept test by DAKO requires fixation by 10% NBF.
As far as I know, the FDA has approved this test only for this fixative.  ER/PR may
not be affected by other fixation but Her2 is not approved for other fixation.  
Being a BC survivor makes me over sensitive and probably over critical of other
methods.
