We are considering not including a microscopic description in our pathology
reports.  Has anyone had success with this transition and if so do you use
some canned comment to let the physicians/insurance companies know that
microscopic examination was performed?  If so what is that comment.  Any
experiences you could share would be helpful.   thanks, sheila
