Hi all,

I have been asked to cut some sections of tetracyline labelled bone 
embedded in MMA. I plan to store these in 70% alcohol until ready 
to view. My questions are these... 
How long can the sections be kept like this before there is 
degradation of the fluorescence?
Should the cut sections be stored under any special 
circumstances - in the dark perhaps?
What is the best mountant?
