Hello Again,
I forgot to mention in the previous post, that fish skin is another of
my targets for COX-2.
Thanks again,
Greg

Hello All,
I need info/help/comments in regard to IHC staining for Cox-2 in
rats, mice, canine, and human FFPE blocks. Is Ag retreival
routinely used? One protocol I have, says they permeablized the
section with TNB-BB (I don't know what that stands for, but I do
have a recipe for it and it contains triton-X-100). What's with
permeablizing for IHC? Has anyone found TSA (tyramide) to be
absolutely necessary?? Thanks in advance for any and all info
offered.
Cheers!
Greg
