Can you help me?
We have just tried Dako's NB84a (product code M 7075) for neuroblastoma but
can't get it to work.
The Specification sheet says antigen retrieval by heat works.
We have tried microwave for 10 mins in the citrate buffer suggested but we get
no staining with dilution as strong as one in 25.
If anyone out there is using this product can you let us know what are the
critical factors?
The previous supplier's, NovoCastra, product worked variably.
