Good morning,

I have polyclonal Fas-L (N-20), polyclonal Fas (M-20) and Fas (A-20)
FITC-conjugated antibodies from Santa Cruz that I have not had much luck
with in mouse eyes. I have used several retrieval methods and enzyme
digestions and am now getting ready to try them on frozen sections. If any
one has had any luck with these antibodies, could you please give me some
hints as to fixation methods and protocols? Any help is appreciated.
