Emma,
	No need to go home and cry......What type of stain is your colleque
requesting? This should dictate the fixative.

	Put cell suspension in conical centrufuge tube
	spin
	decant
	add fixative of choice [depending on stain wanted can leave at this
stage]
	decant
	Add 70% ETOH [can leave at this stage]
			or
	remove pellet place in lense paper, fold in a nice tiny package and
process
	you should have a nice little pellet of cells that you will be able
to cut with ease.

	Go home and enjoy your weekend!!!!
