Difference between AO 820 / 830 microtomes?

Hello Histonetters:

What is the difference between these 2 models.  An eudcator colleague has
been offered the 830 for cheap but doesn't know how to compare them.  She
needs to know by COB today, otherwise the microtome turns into a pumpkin.
