I'm Adam Link, an honours student in the zoology dapt at melbourne uni.
I'm attempting to stain bovine oocytes that are matured in vitro with the aim of identifying whether prophase 1 is reached or if the oocyte has matured to mataphase 2. Does anyone have any idea on stains or proceedures to use as i'm hoping to use potentially functioning oocytes / embryo's and would prefer not to fix them.
Many thanks
