Hi,
    No I don't mind at all. In fact I will even offer our answer to the CD5. We
use DAKO epitope retrieval solution in a steamer for 20 min. H2O2 for 5 min,
then CD5 (also from DAKO) diluted to 1:400 for 30 min. The detection kit we use
for this one is Envision+ for mouse for 30 min. All at room temp. We get very
good results with this.
