Recently, we have been using CD11C and CD21. CD21 I like alot, and it
comes out very nicely in spleen and NALT. CD11C developes well in
spleen. However, I have only done this in frozen tissues. Eventually,
I will get to trying them in paraffin.

Looking for mouse dendritic cells markers preferably for formalin
fixed
paraffin embedded tissue. Know that human anti- S100 will work any
other
suggestions or a point in the right direction would be appreciated.
