The recipe fir Davidsons fix that I received from Histonet is the following:

30ml 95% Ethyl alcohol
20ml 10% NBF
10ml glacial acetic acid
30ml distilled water

Also, I'm beginning to process mouse skin samples.  Could someone please
send me their protocol (fixation procedure and  processing schedule).  Does
anyone use foam in the cassettes to keep the skin flat?  Thanks!  Jen
