We have been using Zymed's E-cadherin mAb with good results. We heat-treat our tissue sections using DAKO's regular target retrieval solution (96 degree waterbath for 40 minutes). The mAb is diluted 1:1,000 and incubated overnight at RT. We use DAKO's EnVision+ and DAB+ for detection.
