Dear Frank,
I'm not familiar with the Reichert cryostat. I have a Slee cryostat and I bought a disposable blade holder from TBS.
When the blade holder arrived it wouldn't fit into the holder in the cryostat, so TBS machined it down for me at no cost. They have great service, I would give them a call. I also have Shandon blade holders that are great too. Sarah

Dear Histonetters,
I have inherited an ancient Reichert-Jung cryostat (Model 975C). It
came with a very curious knife holder for the conventional wedge shape
knives. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in converting from
the conventional wegde shaped knife holder to the disposable knife holder
with this particular model?

Any advice would be much appreciated...

							Thanks,
							Frank
