FISHer men/women

I am currently experimenting performing FISH on the Ventana benchmark, I
have performed FISH also by Vysis. The Vysis system seems to generally work
very well, however is very time consuming. The Ventana benchmark is much
less time consuming, and I would like to use this system for all FISH,
however I have noticed that there is much inconsistency with the results.
For those of you who are doing FISH using the Ventana benchmark, any feed
back with your experience would be appreciated.
