hello guys,
just want to know who is using a micro probe for IHC. Do you fix the
tissue in acetone:methatnol before using using the method with anitbody
like lamin A/C or Emerin? Just starting with the procedure and my
protocol does not have any fixation on it. The flourescetn is not as
sharp as i am expecting. Please help, ASAp
