Hi Adriana,

Have you tried using a Jamshaidi needle (used in collection of bone marrow cores) to take a punch from paraffin blocks?  We've had pretty good success here when trying to make a multi-tissue control block.

Does any body know of a tool to make punch holes on paraffin embeded tissue?
I would look something like a punch biopsy instrument.  Any help will be
