Hi, 
I been given job of cutting undecalcified bone on a Reichert-Jung 1140 
autocut rotary mictrome (power driven).  I am embedding in methyl 
methylacrylate (PPM).  I will appreciate any tips in during this procedure.  
How do one keep the section on the slide?  What is the best method for 
deplasticizing the slide; xylene or methyl acetate?  I am thanking you in 
advance for whatever help you can provide.
