RE: processing brain sections
Dear Cynthia,
I would be very interested in your mouse brain processing protocol,
also. We have been having some terrible problems with wrinkling and
"shredding". At first we thought this could be overdehydration or
even fixation. We have tried three different processing schedules
and also changed the fixation time. Still having problems, but
sectioning is a little better. Would like to compare other's
schedules to ours.
Any other responses would also be welcome.
Thanks,
Jo Dee Fish
