Before I go and waste a lot of time, I thought I would get some expert 
     advice.  
     
     We have larval fish (~6mm) that we wish to section for H&E and also 
     IHC (apoptosis and P450).  Sadly, they were preserved in unbuffered 
     formalin (pH about 3.3) for quite a while.  Is there any hope that we 
     might get something out of these tissues? Or are they ruined?
