NeuN staining is primarily in the nucleus of the neurons with lighter
staining in the cytoplasm. It reacts with most neuronal cell types.
If you'd like I can fax you the spec sheet. I use Chemicon's NeuN
cat# MAB377. I use it at a 1:200 dilution on my paraffin tissue. Or they
can fax you the spec sheet.
