Hi Cynthia
Incubation chambers to do what exactly? For immunohistochemistry we are
using plastic 'microslide folders' from VWR (Cat# 48443-850) as incubation
chambers. Every folder holds up to 20 slides and comes with a transparent
lid. For oN incubations or 1 hr incubations at 37 C we put only 16 slides
and have small wet sponges in the remaining positions. For 1-2 hr
incubations at room temp. it's sufficient to just close the lid and your
slides will remain humid.
