Hi Cindy,
If it's for immuno have you looked at the Sequenza from Shandon? It
holds 50 slides ( in sets of ten ) and is essentially a humidity chamber (
no heat ). The slides are held in 'cover-plates' and the reagents are added
through a well at the top. It's compact and very easy to use ( and
considerably cheaper than a machine ).

40 slides. I am staining large quantity of slides and no I don't have
funds
