Neil Hand in England is the expert in IHC on MMA, not sure if it is low temp
polymerized. GMA can be low temp polymerized but it cannot be removed
causing problems with large molecule IHC penetration of the GMA.

Subject: Immuno on Plastic Sections

Does anyone have any experience doing immunohistochemistry on plastic
sections - especially those embedded at low temperature?
