Hello,
Trying to get staining on mouse stomach for IHC on paraffin embedded
tissue with NFkappaBp65. Tried Santa Cruz' mouse monoclonal antibody with
Dako's ARK kit and getting confusing or negative results. Does anyone have
experience with this? Used citra microwave for 15 and then for30 minutes.
Please help.
