Hi to all of you Histonetters,
This has me stumped and the Pathologists have not heard of a
stain for lecithin.  I ran across this stain in Lee Luna's book
of "Histopathologic Methods and Color Atlas of Special Stain and
Tissue Artifacts".  Can anyone tell me what would warrant asking
for this stain?
