Hi all,
I'm interested in what everyone uses in their endogenous
peroxidase block. Do you use H2O2 in water or methanol? or
something else? if methanol, is it AnalaR or commercial grade?
does it make a difference? etc, etc. Any and all info appreciated.
To save cluttering, please reply to me direct, and I will present a
summary back to the Histonet.
Thanks in advance,
Aidan
