-20 vs -70 degrees

Other than 50 degrees, what is the difference between -20 and -70 degree
freezing. Is one preferable for any special reason in connection with
antibody storage and freezing of research tissues?  This is not being used
for bone bank storage or anything like that.

We would really appreciate your input.
