Dear Joe
I too received that CAP survey and the idea is that if you do not routinely 
use the antibody, don't buy it now. We sent in our results without it and as 
before we will do well. Part of this is about the pathologists ability to 
diagnose and our ability to assist. We purchase antibodies based on the 
pathologists desires and needs , not CAP surveys. You are not penalized for 
not doing one of them, so why worry.
