Marianne,

You bring a good point to this discussed subject, one that may not have 
been brought up before.  Many vendors have put out on the net that they
are intimidated to messaging privately to questions because of bashing
from the Histology Techs.
It seems, at least in your circumstance, that vendors bash each other, at
least privately.

Guess the ole almighty dollar is at work here, eh?
