Hi Paivi,

We are using Neomarkers HER-2neu at a 1:75 dilution and employ a 20" HIER in
1mM EDTA at pH 8.  Staining takes place on Ventana immunostainers with the
primary Ab being followed by a 1:200 RxM IgG to amplify the signal.  Primary
incubation is for 32".  We are not using this clinically (FISH instead) but
rather for a large breast carcinoma in situ study.
